Adv. Shmuel Iny holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv University (1984) and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1986. Following admission, he practiced at Caspi & Co. for approximately fifteen years, ten of them as partner, until founding Iny Litvak Lazar & Co. in 2002.

In 2025, he established Iny Noor & Co.

Adv. Iny’s principal areas of expertise include real estate law, commercial litigation, civil and commercial law, arbitration, and administrative law. Adv. Iny handles major commercial transactions and large-scale commercial disputes and has extensive experience guiding corporations in large-scale projects, including real estate ventures in Israel and abroad.

Adv. Iny specializes in representing private and public companies in complex commercial and administrative litigation.

Adv. Iny served for over three decades as external legal advisor to the Israel Diamond Exchange Ltd. and as an arbitrator in business disputes, providing extensive knowledge of Israel’s diamond industry and legal expertise in this sector. He also advised on applicable legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Law.

Adv. Iny currently serves as legal advisor to the World Federation of Diamonds bourses (WFDB), which includes all the diamond exchanges worldwide — a unique specialization of the firm.
