Adv. Lior Iny Noor has an LL.B. cum laude and an LL.M from Bar Ilan University. She was certified as a member of the Israeli Bar Association in 2013 and subsequently joined Iny Litvak Lazar & Co., continuing until the establishment of Iny Noor & Co. in 2025.

Adv. Iny Noor has extensive experience in all areas of real estate law, including combination transactions, urban renewal projects, condominium registration, and rights management, overseeing complex processes with contractors, tenants, and financial institutions.

Adv. Iny Noor also represents private clients in both primary and secondary market apartment acquisitions, ensuring professionally tailored agreements and availability.

Additionally, Adv. Iny Noor practices commercial litigation, civil and commercial law, arbitration, and inheritance law, and is authorized to draft and execute Enduring Powers of Attorney pursuant to the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law.
